Purpose
The purpose of this predecisional enforcement conference is to discuss the three apparent violations identified by the NRC related to the licensee’s failure to monitor the occupational radiation exposure of physicians involved in interventional radiology procedures and yttrium-90 microsphere administrations. The apparent violations were discussed in NRC Inspection Report 030 14522/2019-002, dated June 26, 2020 (ADAMS Accession ML20178A632)
