Purpose

Cook Nuclear Plant, Unit Nos. 1 and 2, related to obtaining relief from the examination frequency requirements of American Society for Mechanical Engineers (ASME) Code Case N-729, “Alternative Examination Requirements for PWR Reactor Vessel Upper Heads With Nozzles Having Pressure-Retaining Partial-Penetration Welds Section XI, Division 1.”
