Purpose
The purpose of this meeting is to meet with the NEI, Industry and members of the public to review and discuss the NEI White Paper, "Implementing a 24-Month Frequency for Emergency Preparedness Program Review" (ADAMS No. ML19260G281) supporting a 24-month emergency preparedness program review and to discuss possible revisions to NEI 9-02, "Regulatory Assessment Performance Indicator Guideline" to support the 10 CFR 50.54(t) 24-month emergency preparedness program review frequency option.
