Purpose
The Regulatory Conference (REG CON) is an annual forum hosted by the Office of Nuclear Material Safety and Safeguards (NMSS), Division of Spent of Fuel Management (DSFM) that brings together diverse groups of stakeholders and members of the public to share our regulatory perspectives regarding licensing, inspection, operating experience, enforcement, spent fuel storage and transportation, and other regulatory challenges. The REG CON will give an opportunity for stakeholders and members of the public to share their experiences and provide insights to improving regulatory oversight in spent fuel storage and transportation.

Prior to the DSFM Regulatory Conference, the Division of Spent Fuel Management will be hosting an Open House which interested members of the public may meet with NRC staff. This Open House will take place on Monday, September 16, 2019, at the Region I Headquarters Office, located at 2100 Renaissance Boulevard, Suite 100, King of Prussia, Pennsylvania.
