Purpose
The purpose of this meeting, between Pacific Gas and Electric Company (PG&E) and the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) staff, is to discuss PG&E's plan to submit a post-shutdown decommissioning activities report, an irradiated fuel management plan, and a site-specific decommissioning cost estimate for Diablo Canyon Nuclear Power Plant, Units 1 and 2 (Diablo Canyon).
