Public Meeting Schedule: Meeting Details

On November 16, 2018 (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS) Accession No. ML18320A034), the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) received the Entergy Nuclear Operations, Inc. (Entergy) PSDAR for Pilgrim. The Entergy PSDAR, which includes the Site-Specific Decommissioning Cost Estimate (DCE), provides an overview of Entergy's planned decommissioning activities, schedule, projected costs, and environmental impacts for Pilgrim. In addition, the NRC received a license transfer application for Pilgrim on November 16, 2018 (ADAMS Accession No. ML18320A031), as supplemented by the Holtec International (Holtec) revised PSDAR dated November 16, 2018 (ADAMS Accession No. ML18320A040). The NRC will hold a public meeting to discuss the Entergy PSDAR and the DCE. In addition, the NRC will be accepting comments at the public meeting regarding the Entergy PSDAR and the Pilgrim license transfer application.
