Public Meeting Schedule: Meeting Details

The purpose of this meeting is to provide information about an upcoming proposed rule to incorporate by reference American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) codes into the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) regulations. Specifically, the NRC intends to incorporate by reference the 2015 and 2017 editions of the ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel (BPV) Code, Section III, Division 1, and the ASME BPV Code, Section XI, Division 1. The NRC also intends to incorporate by reference the 2015 and 2017 editions of Operation and Maintenance of Nuclear Power Plants, "Division 1, OM Code: Section IST" (OM Code).
