Purpose
The purpose of this meeting, between the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) and Pacific Gas and Electric Company (PG&E, the licensee), is to discuss an upcoming license amendment request (LAR) to implement WCAP -16996-A, Revision 1, "Realistic LOCA [Loss-of-Coolant Accident] Evaluation Methodology Applied to the Full Spectrum of Break Sizes (FULL SPECTRUM LOCA Methodology)," at the Diablo Canyon Nuclear Power Plant, Units 1 and 2.
