Public Meeting Schedule: Meeting Details

The license amendment request to resolve non-conformances relating to Point Beach Nuclear Plant, Units 1 and 2 Containment Dome Truss, was submitted by NextEra Energy Point Beach, LLC on March 31, 2017. The NRC staff conducted an audit on November 29 and 30, 2017, at the NextEra Office in Jupiter, Florida. The NRC staff submitted the request for additional information (RAI) on January 31, 2018. In response to the NRC staff's RAIs, the licensee provided supplemental response in letters dated April 12, and May 29, 2018. The purpose of this meeting is to get clarifications on the supplemental response letters.
