Public Meeting Schedule: Meeting Details

The purpose of these bi-weekly meetings are:

1. For the NRC staff to gather information on NuScale’s progress on developing responses to RAIs and for the NRC staff to provide any technical clarifications that NuScale requests on the RAIs,
2. For NuScale to inform the staff of any changes to the scheduled RAI response submission dates,
3. To ensure that the RAI responses are being developed consistent with the NuScale closure plan and the NRC staff expectations, and
4. To identify any other actions that can assist with the staff’s goal of making a reasonable assurance safety determination.
