Purpose
The purpose of this teleconference is to discuss Entergy's planned emergent relief request submittal for Indian Point Unit No. 2 (IP2) regarding its planned repairs to address an indication on one of the reactor vessel head penetrations identified during the current IP2 refueling outage. Entergy reported the condition on March 31, and requested the teleconference with the NRC staff on April 2, 2018.
