The purpose of this predecisional enforcement conference is to discuss three apparent violations of the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) requirements. The apparent violations are related to a medical event that involved the administration of yttrium-90 at the medical center in Anchorage, Alaska. These apparent violations are described in NRC Inspection Report 030-13426/2017-001, dated February 2, 2018 (public ADAMS ML18033B654).
