To discuss NRC staff's questions related to NuScale design certification application, Tier 2, Section 14.2, "Initial Test Program". Specifically, the NRC staff would like to gain a better understanding of NuScale's initial test program (ITP) approach to testing and the graded approach to preoperational testing.
