Purpose
The purpose of this meeting is to provide information on the National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual requirements such as Security Executive Agent Directive 3 and Insider Threat Program (ITP), discuss the NRC’s Implementation Plan, and comments on the proposed Security Practices and Procedures Plan (SPPP) language for both possessing and non-possessing licensees.
