Purpose
The purpose of this meeting is for Tennessee Valley Authority (TVA) to discuss its plans to request a license amendment to modify the Facility Operating License to extend the use of the Fuel Rod Performance and Design 4 Thermal Conductivity Degradation (PAD4TCD) computer program for Watts Bar Nuclear Plant, Unit 2, for an additional two operating cycles.
