Public Meeting Schedule: Meeting Details

GLE and SILEX are holding a pre-application meeting with the NRC staff to discuss their proposed license transfer and the associated facility clearance. The morning portion of the meeting will be closed for discussions on the facility clearance and related Foreign Ownership, Control, or Influence. The afternoon meeting will be open to the public. NRC and GLE/SILEX will discussion the status of the license transfer application and the criteria provided in NUREG-1556, Volume 15, "Consolidated Guidance About Materials Licenses." A portion of the afternoon meeting will be closed to allow for discussion of business proprietary information.
