Purpose
The purpose of the pre-submittal teleconference, between the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) and Arizona Public Service Company (APS), is to discuss the planned request to use an alternative pressure retaining boundary for the system leakage test for Palo Verde Nuclear Generating Station, Units 1, 2, and 3.
