Purpose
The purpose of the pre-submittal teleconference, between the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) and Entergy Operations, Inc. (Entergy), is to discuss the proposed changes to the emergency plans to revise emergency action levels for Arkansas Nuclear One, Units 1 and 2; Grand Gulf Nuclear Station, Unit 1; River Bend Station, Unit 1; and Waterford Steam Electric Station, Unit 3.
