Attached are two versions of MD 8.11. One MD retains the level of detailed procedural information similar to the current version of MD 8.11 (ML17320A996). The second MD retains the key guidance and instructions needed to ensure a consistent understanding and implementation of the program, but would relocate detailed internal procedural information and instructions to a separate document, such as a desktop guide (ML17320A976).

NRC staff presentation slides will be provided at a later date.
