Public Meeting Schedule: Meeting Details

On December 4-5, 2017, the Nuclear Regulatory Commission Office of Nuclear Regulatory Research (NRC/RES) will host the 3rd Annual NRC Probabilistic Flood Hazard Assessment (PFHA) Research Workshop at NRC headquarters in Rockville, Maryland. NRC/RES staff and contractors will provide information on recent work, current activities, and future directions in the NRC PFHA Research Program. Staff from the Electric Power Research Institute (EPRI) will discuss research activities performed by EPRI. An invited panel session will discuss recent developments in flood hazard and risk assessment research at other agencies and organizations. This two-day workshop is open to the public at no charge. Space will be limited, so advanced registration is required (a remote participation option via webinar is planned). The deadline for registration is November 10,, 2017.
