Purpose
The purpose of this pre-application meeting is to discuss with Entergy Operations, Inc. a planned license amendment request to revise Waterford Steam Electric Station, Unit 3 Technical Specification (TS) 3.3.2, "Engineered Safety Features Actuation System [ESFAS] Instrumentation." The planned amendment would revise TS 3.3.2 and TS Table 4.3-2 to reflect a change in the design of the ESFAS relays.
