Purpose
Public teleconference meeting to discuss technical issues that need to be resolved associated with the NuScale Design Certification Application review in progress and to promote a common understanding of the technical issues associated with staff RAIs.
This two part meeting will allow NuScale to discuss response (ML17285B465) to Request for Additional Information (RAI) 181 (eRAI 9049) involving FSAR Chapter 2, Section 2.5, “Geology, Seismology, and Geotechnical Engineering” during the first hour.
The second hour of the meeting will allow NuScale to discuss response (ML17212A820) to eRAI 8758 involving Integrated System Validation (ISV) and the minimum number of operating crews.
