Purpose
The purpose of this meeting is for Virginia Electric and Power Company (Dominion) to discuss the proposed license amendment request to update the Alternative Source Term dose consequence analyses and to implement Technical Specification (TS) changes consistent with TSTF-490-A, Rev. 0, "Deletion of E-Bar Definition and Revision to Reactor Coolant System Specific Activity Technical Specifications," which replaces the total specific activity TS with a dose equivalent Xe-133 TS for Surry Power Station, Units 1 and 2.
