Purpose
Pre-submittal meeting with Duke Energy Progress, LLC to discuss technical specification changes, and proposed license amendment request regarding H. B. Robinson Steam Electric Plant, Unit No. 2 (Robinson) to reflect the addition of a second qualified offsite circuit. This proposed change is supports the addition of a new 230kV startup transformer that will be installed and connected to the existing 230kV switchyard.
