Purpose
An open Regulatory Conference will be held at Entergy’s request to provide the licensee an opportunity to present to the NRC its perspective on the facts and assumptions the NRC used to arrive at and assess the significance of the preliminary “Greater-Than-Green” finding and associated apparent violation documented in NRC Inspection Report No. 05000293/2015007, dated May 10, 2017, (ML17129A217), (EA-17-023), “Pilgrim Nuclear Power Station” – Supplemental Inspection Report (Inspection Procedure 95003 Phase ‘C’) and Preliminary Greater-Than- Green finding.
