Public teleconference meeting to discuss technical issues that need to be resolved associated with the NuScale Design Certification Application review in progress and to promote a common understanding of the technical issues associated with staff Requests for Additional Information (RAIs). Topics include Plant Systems Branch topics related to reactor coolant leakage detection instrumentation operability and Radiation Protection and Accident Consequences Branch topics associated with design basis accident (DBA) dose analysis information related to the maximum hypothetical accident and control room habitability, failed fuel fraction assumptions, and access to areas of the plant post-accident
