Public Meeting Schedule: Meeting Details

Predecisional Enforcement Conference to discuss an apparent violation identified during a routine inspection of the licensee, conducted on November 21 and 23, 2016, with continued in-office review through December 20, 2016. This conference is being held to obtain information to assist the NRC in making an enforcement decision. The conference will provide an opportunity for the licensee to provide their perspective on the facts and findings, and any other information that they believe the NRC should take into consideration in making an enforcement decision.
