The purpose of this Regulatory Conference is to provide Exelon an opportunity to present to the NRC their perspective on the facts and assumptions the NRC used to arrive at, and assess the significance of the associated preliminary White finding documented in NRC Inspection Report No. 05000219/2016004, dated January 25, 2017, (ML17025A063), (EA-16-241), “Oyster Creek Nuclear Generating Station” - NRC Integrated Inspection Report and preliminary White finding. The finding is associated with an event that occurred on September 19, 2016, related to the ‘E’ electromatic relief valve failing to stroke during as-found testing.
