Purpose
To discuss the incoming Fermi Exigent license amendment which will request to modify
the High Pressure Coolant Injection (HPCI) system and Reactor Core Isolation Cooling
(RCIC) system actuation instrumentation Technical Specification by adding a footnote
indicating that the injection function of Drywell Pressure - High (HPCI only) and Manual
Initiation (HPCI and RCIC) are not required to be operable under low reactor pressure.
