Purpose
The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) staff and Korea Hydro and Nuclear Power Co., Ltd. (KHNP), will discuss proprietary and non-proprietary topics of the Advanced Power Reactor 1400 for validation of the primary welding method KHNP will employ to prevent sensitization of the IRWST liner plate, in relation to APR1400 design control document Tier 2, Chapter 6, and related application sections.
