Purpose
To discuss proposed LAR with Duke Energy regarding the SFP criticality analysis for Harris. The proposed LAR is to remove remaining credit in the criticality analysis for Boraflex absorber material in the boiling-water reactor racks in the A and B SFPs. Metamic rack inserts, manufactured by Holtec International, will be credited in the criticality analysis for these racks as part of the amendment.
