Purpose
The purpose of this meeting is to discuss an apparent violation related to preventive maintenance activities for the emergency diesel generator at Wolf Creek Generating Station. The focus of the Regulatory Conference is to discuss the safety significance of the finding, which is discussed in the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) Inspection Report 05000482/2016008 (ML16235A132). Representatives from the NRC Region IV office and the NRC Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation will be participating, along with representatives from Wolf Creek Nuclear Operating Corporation.
