Purpose
The purpose of this meeting is to discuss with the Nuclear Energy Institute (NEI) implementation of Inspection Procedure (IP) 43006, Inspection of the Implementation of the Mitigation Strategies Order regarding the use of National Strategic Alliance of FLEX Emergency Response (SAFER) Centers (NSRC) (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS) Accession No. ML16223A868).
Specifically, the meeting is to discuss the new procedure that will be used by the Vendor Inspection Center of Excellence to inspect the NSRCs used by the licensees for the phase 3 of the Mitigating Strategies Order EA-12-049.
