Purpose
The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) staff and Korea Hydro and Nuclear Power Co., Ltd. (KHNP), will conduct a series of weekly meetings through July and August to discuss proprietary and non-proprietary topics of the Advanced Power Reactor 1400 related to reactor systems, transient and accident analyses described in APR1400 design control document Tier 2, Chapter 15 and related application sections, with the exception of the meeting on August 24, 2016, where the discussion will involve items related to Chapter 19.3, Beyond Design Basis External Event, and 19.5, Aircraft Impact Analysis.
