The purpose of this Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) mediated session is to identify a set of corrective actions to address two apparent violations identified by the NRC: (1) the failure to report the export of nuclear reactor components subject to the International Atomic Energy Agency’s Additional Protocol and as required by NRC’s regulations; and (2) the failure to obtain a specific license before exporting a reactor coolant pump to France. The apparent violations are discussed in an NRC Choice letter, dated April 21, 2016 (ADAMS ML16110A402).
