Purpose
U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) staff briefing for stakeholders on plans to address issues associated with the Tier 2* information designation for future design certification reviews. The NRC staff will be seeking feedback from stakeholders regarding issues which should be addressed, the advantages and disadvantages of alternative approaches, and possible regulatory guidance and inspection program adjustments to ensure robust implementation of design change controls.
