Purpose
The purpose is to discuss the proposed license amendment request (LAR) for North Anna Power Station regarding an increase in maximum fuel enrichment for the new fuel storage racks and the spent fuel pool (SFP). The licensee discusses updated SFP geometry requirements, racks design and criticality analyses.
