The NRC is reviewing and responding to Exelon’s appeal in accordance with NRC Management Directive Handbook (DH) 8.4, section III.A and NRR Office Instruction LIC-202, Revision 2, section IV.A. In accordance with LIC-202, the NRR Office Director appointed a three-member backfit review panel. Exelon accepted the NRC’s offer to present its appeal at a public meeting.
