Public Meeting Schedule: Meeting Details

The purpose of this workshop is to discuss proposed changes to the Nuclear Regulatory Commission’s (NRC) cost-benefit guidance, primarily NUREG/BR-0058 (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System Accession (ADAMS) Package No. ML15281A043). NRC activities to improve its cost-benefit guidance, such as qualitative factors assessment methodology, cost estimating and best practices, and the treatment of uncertainty will be discussed, as well as the structure of the cost-benefit guidance document.

This workshop will afford an opportunity for stakeholders to provide oral feedback on the NRC’s current cost-benefit guidance update activities and the restructuring of the NRC’s cost-benefit guidance documents (phase I).
