Purpose
Pre-application discussion regarding planned license amendment request to revise the emergency action level scheme at Davis-Besse Nuclear Power Station. The proposed change will be based on the Nuclear Energy Institute (NEI) document NEI 99-01, Rev. 6, "Development of Emergency Action Levels for Non-Passive Reactors," dated November 2012.
