Discuss with stakeholders the proposed Mitigation of Beyond-Design-Basis Events (MBDBE) rulemaking, issued for public comment on November 13, 2015 (80 FR 70609), and available at www.regulations.gov, Docket ID NRC 2014-0240. The meeting is intended to provide stakeholders with a more comprehensive understanding of the proposed rule and its supporting guidance, so that stakeholders can provide more informed written comments in response to the proposed rule. This meeting is not designed, nor intended, to solicit or receive comments on the proposed rule. Instead stakeholders should follow the methods described in the proposed rule notice.
