Purpose
The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) staff and Korea Hydro and Nuclear Power Co., Ltd. (KHNP) will discuss proprietary results of comparative MAAP/MELCOR model confirmatory analysis output simulations of the Advanced Power Reactor 1400 related to probabilistic risk assessment (PRA) and severe accident (SA) evaluation. Additional discussion to wrap-up PRA and SA topics will also take place.
