Purpose
The purpose is to discuss DNC's proposed license amendment request (LAR) seeking NRC approval of the spent fuel pool heat load analysis and associated technical specification changes for MPS2. The LAR submittal is associated with Item IV.5 of Confirmatory Order EA-13-188 dated August 26, 2015. The discussion will include a presentation by DNC, NRC perspectives and questions.
