Purpose
The purpose is to discuss DNC's proposed license amendment request (LAR) to address the use of chemical and control volume charging pumps in the analysis of the inadvertent opening of the pressurizer power operated relief valves (PORVs) for MPS2. The LAR submittal is associated with Item IV.2 of Confirmatory Order EA-13-188 dated August 26, 2015. The discussion will include a presentation by DNC, NRC perspectives and questions.
