The NRC staff has issued Japan Lessons-Learned Division (JLD) Interim Staff Guidance (ISG) JLD-ISG-2012-01, Draft Revision 1, which endorses NEI 12-06, “Diverse and Flexible Coping Strategies (FLEX) Implementation Guide,” Revision 1A, dated October 6, 2015. The revision reflects lessons learned and acceptable alternatives to the original guidance for Order EA-12-049. A request for public comment on the draft ISG was posted in the Federal Register (FR) (November 10, 2015, 80 FR 69702) .
