Purpose
The purpose of the teleconference with Pacific Gas and Electric Company (PG&E) is to discuss the license amendment request for Diablo Canyon Power Plant, Units 1 and 2, regarding the revision to the Best Estimate Analyzer for the Core Operations-Nuclear (BEACON) Power Distribution Monitoring System methodology described in the Updated Final Safety Analysis Report and the revision to PARAGON and NEXUS Core Design Methods in Technical Specification 5.6.5, "Core Operating Limits Report (COLR)."
