Purpose
The purpose is to discuss Dominion Nuclear Company's (Dominion's) proposed license amendment request (LAR) regarding changes to the methodology for Reactor Coolant System sampling, which impacts the Emergency Action Levels for fuel clad degradation and fuel clad barrier loss. The LAR will be a fleet submittal applicable to Millstone, North Anna, and Surry Power Stations. The discussion will include NRC perspectives, questions, and conclusions.
