Purpose
This meeting provides stakeholders an opportunity to discuss the draft Regulatory Basis for the proposed fuel cycle cyber security rulemaking, seek clarification on the document's content, and discuss comments. The NRC staff will seek to ensure mutual understanding of the proposals for rulemaking, guidance and issues raised by stakeholders. Although new comments may be discussed during the meeting, formal comments must be submitted in writing in order to be considered for the draft Regulatory Basis.
