Purpose
The purpose of this meeting with Arizona Public Service Company (APS) is to discuss the results, evaluation of microtherm insulation on the reactor vessel, and debris accumulation on the Emergency Core Cooling System suction strainer related to Generic Letter 2004-02,"Potential Impact of Debris Blockage on Emergency Recirculation during Design Basis Accidents at Pressurized-Water Reactors," for Palo Verde Nuclear Generating Station, Units 1, 2, and 3.
