Public Meeting Schedule: Meeting Details

The purpose of this meeting is for NuScale to present an overview of the Emergency Planning program status, its licensing strategy and schedule, and the design-specific technical results which will be captured in Design Certification Document Chapter 19, Severe Accidents. The presentation will allow the NRC staff to gain a better understanding of the NuScale design-specific EPZ methodology and program. The NRC has determined, in accordance with Title 10 in the Code of Federal Regulations 2.390 that the information discussed during the closed portion of the meeting is proprietary in nature and therefore should be closed to the public
